About a month ago, one of my friends at work "Sripal" said, "just a heads up, it looks like i'm getting married in November!", small shock, would I be able to get time off??, will I be able to get house sitters in?
Anyway! everything is sorted!!, after visiting India last year, I've decided to do a sub trip, (20 days) to Sri Lanka.... I've booked a tour, (of 1) YES of 1, I wanted to try a local tour agency, rather than the "Intrepid" style I've done in the past.
Tour, isn't too bad, when you think, I am the only person on the tour, it is $1678usd + $300usd for entrance fees to sites (seem to be western pricing!)... also I may need to add some cash for Tips (ugh! one of my pet HATES, NZ really doesn't have a tipping culture).
The blog is going to be done on my Xiaomi mobile phone, so don't expect too much typing!
